Photo shoots are not my forte but it was great to meet up with the other artists active in other Bristol areas and hear what imaginative projects they came up with in response to the artist briefs. So far my interest has been particularly intrigued by one that will involve creating musical bins in a response to local problems with litter!

Fantastic news that my proposal to create a mass installation of ceramic starlings, entitled Murmuration has been given the go-ahead. Working with a range of people from the Henleaze, Stoke Bishop and Westbury-on-Trym areas we aim to amass 1000 birds over the next 3 months, with each person individually sculpting their own bird. This project has so much scope to stimulate creativity,  awareness of the natural world ( and the issues that affect it), strengthen links within communities and improve health and wellbeing! It will be wonderful to see them all installed in their green space in October.  Lots to do!
